My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we couldn’t have found a better guide. Here’s why: Beata knows real estate very well. She provides opinions and backs them up with facts. She provides suggestions and backs them up with reasons. She listens to her clients and convinces with constructive arguments rather than being “pushy”, and accepts contrary arguments. Beata and her assistant, Cara are organized. All our property viewings were planned logically (location-wise) and were efficient and highly productive. While we stuck to a schedule, we had ample time to view each property and obtain answers to our questions. She is flexible and adapts to her clients’ preferences. My wife and I both have 9 to 5 jobs and we viewed multiple properties, all of them either in the evenings or over the weekend. Our closing was significantly delayed due to construction and financing delays. Additionally, I was on travel for a significant duration. In that period, Beata worked with my wife, and was always on top of the situation with “contract amendments”, helping us understand all the home buying related documents (and there were several), follow-ups with builder, broker, etc. She is an excellent negotiator. Amongst other things, she was able to obtain a “free” stay for us in our newly constructed condo for more than a month before the final closing.
